Accomplishments

• I don't provide this information to boast, I humbly provide this, so you are informed of my qualities and experience. My accomplishments lend wisdom and credibility that I'm proud of.  An informed understanding of who you elect to represent you is as important as the investment you hold in your hands and are about to go forth with.

  I attended Central Missouri State University. I took many graduate classes to fine-tune my marketing skills. I started a very successful Printing and Advertising Company at the age of 26. I've put marketing programs together for large developers since the early 80's. I became involved in the political arena in 1986 and fathered a tax increment program that generates a Six Figures PLUS operational tax base designated for the Down Town area of Auburndale, Florida.  It's very possible that Auburndale has one the strongest infrastructures of any city it's size in the South Eastern United States. Due to my continued and active involvement in my community, I'm abreast of changes in the Florida Comprehensive Plan and Land Use issues in Central Florida, The key to informed Development, Planning, and up to date Marketing and Real Estate issues in Polk County are no doubt a vital deal breaker at the time of closing.  

Areas of Specialization

• I specialize in the North and East areas of Polk County, specializing in Commercial and Income properties. I might add that all my residential clients have been extremely pleased with results that I produce for them.  I'm very good at what I do because I enjoy helping people, and pleased when the say hello to me on the street!

Special Interests/Hobbies

• I Love meeting & working with people. Have been a member of Lions Club International for 31 years and 4th degree Knight with Counsel 4726 Knights of Columbus Winter Haven. I'm very active in my church and Stephen Ministries.

Additional Comments

• My wife and I are raising grandchildren, 15 & 17 yr old girls. I'm well known in Polk County for my commitment and dedication to my career and family. My wife is a well respected Nurse at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. You will see us with our Grandkids visiting all sorts of craft, music, art, events, festivals & fairs continually all year long in our community of Polk County.
